– Build & manage bespoke social media community to support positioning of key topics
– Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to position Brand and manage reputation in the region
– Support key internal stakeholders in their digital positioning and as brand ambassadors, including content support
– Build KOL marketing for PR/Comms, with a focus on analyzing, mapping and engaging with relevant audiences
– Develop digital communications landscape in line with Digital Communications Strategy, evaluate new trends and opportunities
– Set-up of KPIs and ongoing measurement of community activities and program success
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams around content planning, social media monitoring and community management, as well as measurement, with focus on PR/Comms-specific audience
