Facebook’s platform products ( enable our global community of developers to build innovative experiences on top of Facebook. Examples include the Messenger and Instagram messaging platforms, Facebook Login, Stories sharing, SparkAR and more.
Facebook is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to engage developer partners who leverage the platform to build innovative products and businesses. This role will work with some of the biggest brands in the region, helping them to build, grow and monetize through their use of Facebook technologies, and helping the Facebook platform grow and improve in the process.
This role entails developing and maintaining strong partner relationships, and driving them forward toward impactful outcomes for both Facebook and the partner. You will be responsible for actively communicating with your partner on a range of product and technical topics, helping them to navigate our product offerings, while maintaining Facebook’s high standards of integrity.
The ideal candidate will have experience in both a client-facing role, like account management or sales, and technical or product experience, through either software development or product management. They’re a team player, who can work effectively across various business functions. They should thrive in dynamic, rapidly evolving work environments and should be able to influence stakeholders of various disciplines, from engineering to C-level executives. This team works across the Facebook family of apps to deliver products and services that drive innovation, business outcomes for our partners, as well as delightful experiences for our users.
You will work closely with multiple cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, legal, policy, communications and developer operations/support.
Strategic Partner Manager, Platform Partnerships, DACH Responsibilities
  • Identify new and existing partners to test early Beta/Alpha products, negotiate business and technical terms
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify growth opportunities
  • Inform, influence, support, and execute our product integrations
  • Track, analyze, influence, and communicate key metrics to build opportunities and experiences that create scale and meaningful ecosystem value
  • Manage partnerships integration from a compliance standpoint
  • Understand the value of great partnerships and how these influence the product roadmap
  • Have a product manager and startup mindset for digital products
  • Display the highest personal integrity and ethics
