As Community Manager DACH you contribute to the local marketing strategy as well as the global influencer marketing strategy. Based on your excellent communication skills you will play a key role in developing brand awareness and building brand equity for Zalando.
You will be responsible for creating an influencer network, utilising the community and creating strategic content creator partnerships. You will actively shape the relationships between the community, (paid) content creators and our brand. Your objective is to cultivate long lasting relationships and establish a link between the influencer community strategy and the key company objectives while being responsible for the P&L for sponsorships under your umbrella. You ensure socially engaging content, whilst maximizing commercial opportunities and reaching agreed sales targets.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
- Be the day to day contact for our community and the influencer network. Proactively build and manage a community of user-influencers.
- Conduct brand events for community members. Set-up and implement community strategy that aligns with the key company objectives.
- Improve and develop influencer gifting selection and purchase process. Track and measure engagement, growth and conversions.
- Work closely with the tech and sales team to monitor influencer campaigns in relation to sales enquiries to identify successful patterns and formulas.
- Ensure all departments can maximise and leverage the benefit of any community agreement
